| PAYMENT: Final
payment for charter service is due at least 2 days in advance of
the date of departure, or at time of booking, depending on the size
of the order. Please, review your proposal for deposit information.
When making payment, please indicate the date of your trip and your
charter order number to insure proper credit. |

| CANCELLATION:
Chartering Party must notify the Company of cancellation in writing
(via fax or e-mail). There is no cancellation fee, if the
cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
Service cancelled within 2 days of departure is subject to a fee of
50% of the trip cost. |

| ADDITIONAL
CHARGES: The increase in miles or hours not
specified on your charter order, may be a subject to an additional
charge. The Company will notify the Chartering Party of any
additional charges that may be expected, at the time of the
original order. |

| DRIVER HOURS:
Federal Department of Transportation safety regulations prohibit
drivers to be on duty more than fifteen hours per day. The driver
must have eight consecutive hours off before resuming
service. |
 |
| DAMAGES TO BUSES:
The cost of repairing damage to buses resulting from acts of
members of the Chartering Party will be charged to the Chartering
Party and is due as soon as such cost is determined. |

| ARRIVAL TIME: The
time of arrival at starting point, destination, or return to point
of origin can not be guaranteed. Service providers have
instructions to drive within the speed limits set by law. The
traffic and weather conditions are beyond the control of the
Company and the service provider. Late arrival due to these
occurrences is not a reason for cancellation of the
charter. |

| BAGGAGE: Neither
the Company, nor the service provider, assumes any responsibility
for any personal property. Baggage and all other personal property
will be handled only at passengers own risk. |

| OFFENCIVE
INDIVIDUALS: The Company and its service providers
have the right to refuse to transport individuals intoxicated by
alcohol or drugs, and are likely to become objectionable to other
individuals on the bus, or if the driver feels threatened in any
way. |

| EXPLOSIVES AND
FIREWORKS: Possession of firearms, explosives, and
fireworks are strictly prohibited on the bus! |
 |
| ADA, SPAB: The
Company should receive a written request for ADA accessible or SPAB
certified bus & driver at the time of the
reservation. |
